Longtime family-owned jewelry store, Walter Bauman Jewelers is taking a big step in its goal to become your personal jeweler by expanding and improving its West Orange location, just in time for the holiday season. The larger store allows for more estate and vintage jewelry, more new merchandise, more jewelers and watchmakers, more appraisers and jewelry experts to help customers appraise or sell their jewelry, more designers to make custom, one-of-a-kind pieces and a new bridal boutique. In addition, Walter Bauman Jewelers will be debuting Kerry’s Corner, a new fashion jewelry collection located inside its West Orange store.
According to Walter R. Bauman, the founder’s grandson and current owner, the most exciting part of becoming the largest jewelry store in New Jersey is the ability to showcase its personalized service in this new 10,000 square foot space. “Today’s customers want more than a vast selection, they want a trusted advisor whether they are buying, selling, repairing or appraising jewelry. Our goal is to do just that and become their personal jeweler. A jewelry store can be an intimidating place for many shoppers, but my employees know that their priority is to help the customers and make them comfortable. Our goal was never to be the biggest jeweler but the best.”
Walter Bauman Jewelers plans to have its largest selection yet for holiday shoppers. The most recently debuted addition, Kerry’s Corner specializes in fashion jewelry, and offers a wide selection of fun, statement and trendy jewelry to complete any outfit at a lower price point.
By expanding its sales floor, Walter Bauman Jewelers is building on its already impressive estate collection of jewelry and watches, which makes it New Jersey’s premier and largest estate jewelry retailer. This expansion allows Walter Bauman Jewelers to add more estate pieces and more selection from its customers’ favorite designers, such as vintage Cartier, David Yurman, Van Cleef & Arpels, Tiffany & Co., Mikimoto, Frascarola, Bulgari, Chopard and John Hardy.
Walter Bauman Jewelers’ new bridal boutique is coming soon to provide customers with a more private-viewing and personalized experience and allow for one-on-one appointments with its expert jewelers and designers for custom orders.
More jewelers and watchmakers will help Walter Bauman Jewelers meet its customers’ ever-growing demand for custom jewelry and jewelry maintenance and repairs. Finally, more on-premise appraisers will enable the Bauman family to continue to build on its reputation for being one of New Jersey’s leading jewelry and gold buyers.
All in, Walter Bauman Jewelers is adding more for its customers, so it can grow as their personal jeweler.
